JOB TITLE: TRAINING OFFICER

DEPARTMENT - MECH, ECE, EEE & IT JOB LOCATION - PETAMITTA, ANDHRA PRADESH

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS -

B Tech/BE/M Tech/ME in their concerned Subjects. 5 Years of Hands-on Experience in Technical Training is required

PREFERRED SKILLS -

Technical skills: Exposure to Hands-on Training in concerned Subjects. Industrial

Knowledge in relevant fields. Manufacturing Technology, 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circle Soft Skills: Good communication skills, critical thinking & problem-solving skills, Proficiency in Local Language is preferable.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Conducting classes for students, monitoring & evaluating the practical and Theory

sessions & Training them on various Inspection Methods and documentation.

Identifying the Skill Development Training needs, organizing special training programs, arranging the Training Aids and notes for the class.

Process representation on internal/external audits & coordinating 55 activities in the Centre.

Demonstrating various Equipment & Technologies, Live Projects execution.

Creating Quality Circle teams and improving the work by solving different problems.

Budgeting and cost control activities.

Inculcate Life Skills to the students.
