• Liable for Planning for (Preventive Maintenance) of hardware and affirm it with Production according to operational accessibility. 

• Oil checking of Critical hardware like (Homogenizer, Cream Separator, Gear Boxes, Compressors etc.). 

• Answerable for the preventive Maintenance of Pasteurizer, Fill pack Machines, Milk Pumps and Compressors and so forth,.

• Checking of Conveyor arrangement, unusual clamor and vibration of machines.
